an acrylic design
Concept, Organization & Production
Overload was designed together with Nola Bokun (product/spatial designer). It captures the feeling of always going, never turning off, getting ahead of yourself. This idea is translated into a big stack of different acrylic pieces, varying in color, size, and design. Combined, they create a visual overload that mirrors the feeling of ‘unlimited’ and conformism.
This concept was presented at Dutch Design Week Eindhoven 2025. It was part of ‘ALL YOU CAN EAT’. ALL YOU CAN EAT is an exhibition that playfully parodies the idea of ‘unlimited’ and addresses themes such as overconsumption and waste, individualism and conformism, tradition and optimization.
